Subscription Service

  • What is included in the subscription service?

    Our Parent Support Group Curricula Subscription Service provides access to our curriculum library, facilitator training and quarterly webinars for facilitators, and automated evaluation data from participants after each meeting. Each curriculum is on a different topic and includes a video, facilitator guide, handout, resource guide, and certificates of attendance. You can choose a bundle of 5 or 10 curricula as part of the service with cost discounts for multiple toolkits.

  • Will my subscribtion be renewed automatically?

    Yes, each subscription will renew each year. You can manage your subscriptions by visiting your account (click on your name in the top menu) and go into My Account and Billing.

  • Can I select new curriculum when my subscription renews?

    Yes, when your subscriptions renews, you will be sent a link to the selection form. This form will allow you to select new curriculum and to update your facilitator contact information if needed.

  • How many groups can use each curriculum?

    This subscription is valid for one year from date of purchase for use by one agency/organization for up to two groups. “Group” is defined as parents working with the same agency or members of the same parent organization.

    By way of example:

    • One agency facilitating at the same time a group for foster parents and a second group for kinship parents.
    • A foster parent association facilitating a group for parents of children under the age of 10 and a separate group for parents of children 10+ years old.
  • How do I purchase a subscription for more than 2 groups?

  • How do different facilitators access the curriculum?

    Each subscription has one account access. Different facilitators will log into the same dashboard to access materials. However, each facilitator can create their own account to take the support group facilitator training and receive a certificate of completion with their name.

  • How do I access my evaluations that my group participants submitted?

    Emails are gathered through a Google Forms account. Instructions for how to access the form results will be emailed to the account holder. If you need help accessing your form, please email info@creatingafamily.org with your questions.

  • How do I update my payment details?

    Click on your account profile (your name in the top menu). Visit "My Account" and then "Billing."

    You can update your credit card on file and manage your subscription here.

  • Can I purchase one curriculum at a time?

    Yes, each curriculum can be purchased individually for $145/each.

    Note: Curriculum purchased individually does not include access to quarterly facilitator webinars, participant evaluation data, or additional discounts.

  • Where can I find free adoption and foster care topics and information?

    Visit creatingafamily.orgfor free resources on various topics related to adoption and foster care.

    Topics of interest include: attachment, prenatal exposure, school issues, challenging behaviors, trauma-informed parenting, and much more.
